Who Are The Saints, We Are The Saints

When The Bible talks about the Saints, to whom does it refer

Well, delving into The New Testament, We find Our answer

Did YOU know, the Saints truly means, each and every Believer

All those who accept Jesus Christ, as their personal Savior

We become followers of Jesus, therefore His Disciple

We too, in turn, are to go out and also share The Gospel

Baptize in the name of The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

And this knowledge is to be shared with All, it’s not a secret

That’s right, anyone can accept God’s Free Gift of Salvation

A way to escape sin’s bondage, help to avoid temptation

How do I put this into perspective, YOU can understand

That Mortal Life comes down to a choice, YOU must make your own stand

Will it be, God’s Immediate Presence, or away from it

An Eternal Life choice, a no-brainer for me, I admit

I want to live, in God’s Immediate Presence, Forever

I know for certain, The Lord Jesus Christ, provides my answer

The Holy Bible, is my textbook, my guide to Salvation

To be right with God Almighty, I need a strong foundation

First, I need to know what sin is, to avoid its’ temptation

I must acknowledge that I sin, and yes make my confession

Redemption, from The Crucifixion to The Resurrection

God’s Amazing Saving Grace, through His Free Gift of Salvation

The Holy Bible, walks me through this, showing me how it’s done

With the backing of God Almighty, and Jesus Christ, His Son

Next, The Holy Spirit comes to me, bringing with Him, Jesus

Christ now abides within me, as I now abide in Jesus

Accept The Truth, about Jesus, and you’re granted admission

Now go out and share The Truth, with this wicked generation

The Saints, Believers, Followers, Disciples of Christ Jesus

If YOU have any questions or concerns, I’m free to discuss

I will pray with YOU, pray for YOU, I will ask God to help YOU

I want YOU to know, how much God truly does care about YOU

Did YOU know, that my first priority is God Almighty

And I look forward to doing, anything God asks of me

God will push me out of my comfort zone, it’s for my own good

My Life on this Earth, is my training ground, for Eternity

It shows my dedication, earning responsibility

I lay up my treasures in Heaven, as Jesus suggested

He is my Lord and Savior, of whom I have never doubted

So, I will walk the streets, sharing The Gospel, with everyone

The Lord Jesus Christ is God Almighty’s One and Only Son

The Holy Spirit, my Counselor, gives me the words to share

When the Trumpet of Jesus, calls Us home, I know I’ll be there

Now YOU know, the Saints truly means, each and every Believer

All those who accept Jesus Christ, as their personal Savior

Let’s do what He asked, by going out, and sharing this knowledge

Yes, this will take lots of Love, passion, and God-given courage

Shepherd The Flock, Submit To God

Shepherd The Flock of God, not by compulsion, but willingly

Do so cheerfully, not for dishonest gain, but eagerly

Nor as being lords, over those entrusted to YOU, your peers

Being examples to the flock, when The Chief Shepherd appears

YOU will receive The Crown of Glory, which does not fade away

Yes, All of YOU, be submissive, to one another, I say

And be clothed with humility, for God resists the proud, sir

But gives Grace to the humble, therefore humble yourselves, under

The Mighty Hand of God, that He may exalt YOU, in due time

Casting all your care on Him, for He cares for YOU, for all time

So, be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary

The devil, walks about like a roaring lion, constantly

He’s seeking, whom he may devour, resist him steadfastly

Remain in the Faith, knowing that the same sufferings, will be

Experienced by your brotherhood, in the World, YOU shall see

May The God of Grace, who called Us to His Eternal Glory

By Jesus Christ, after YOU have suffered a while, perfectly

Establish, strengthen, and settle YOU, to Him, be The Glory

And Dominion, Forever and ever, Amen, said Peter

With words of guidance and support, for Believers, an answer

As Believers, at some point in time, We are each a mentor

That’s right, when the time is right, YOU will become someone’s teacher

Humble yourself, means to admit, YOU are teaching an equal

YOU are helping them, to become well informed and capable

And through YOU, The Holy Spirit, is teaching them, God’s Wonder

All We share, is through The Holy Spirit, about God’s Wonder

Revealing the essence of Jesus Christ and God Almighty

Our words are not Our own, but those of The Lord God Almighty

Jesus told Us, not to worry about the words, We shall speak

Our Spiritual Gifts, should be used, for the answers We All seek

Shepherd The Flock of God, direct them to The Way of Jesus

To want to know, more about God, makes All men anxious

Redemption, from The Crucifixion to The Resurrection

God’s Amazing Saving Grace, through His Free Gift of Salvation

To Love one another, enemies, strangers, neighbors, and friends

Church Family and Family, is what Jesus recommends

We want All People, to be in God’s Immediate Presence

Just as We all yearn and do seek, The Lord Jesus Christ’s guidance

Be encouraged that God deems YOU worthy, to share His Message

The Way to lead anyone, who wishes, out of sin’s bondage

All things We share, are by the direction of God Almighty

The Path to God’s Immediate Presence, for Eternity

Our Faith And Hope, In The Risen Christ

Yes, Jesus died for Our Sins, and was buried, this We All know

Christ rose again, on the third day, for The Bible tells Us so

Now if Jesus Christ is Preached, that He has been raised from the dead

Then why do some say, there is no Resurrection of the dead

Therefore, if there is no Resurrection of the dead, what then

Then Jesus is not Risen, and if Jesus is not Risen

Then Our Preaching is empty, and your Faith is also empty

Yes, and We are All found false witnesses of God Almighty

Because We too have Testified of God, that God raised up Christ

After everything Jesus had done, All that Christ sacrificed

Whom Our God did not raise up, if in fact, the dead do not rise

Therefore, Jesus Christ is not Risen, if the dead do not rise

If Jesus Christ is not Risen, your Faith is futile, in vain

Then you’re still in your sins bondage, and in for Eternal pain

What about those who have Fallen Asleep in Christ, they’ve perished

Because they put their Faith in Christ, they’ll be forever punished

Therefore, if in this Life only, We have Hope in Jesus Christ

Then We are of All Men, the most pitiable, without Christ

But We know Christ is Risen from the dead, looking for Lost Sheep

Jesus Christ is The Firstfruits, of those who have fallen asleep

For by one Man came death, with the committing of the first sin

Then by Man, came The Resurrection of The Dead, where He’d been

For in Adam All die, so in Christ, All shall be made Alive

But each one, in his own order, which We shall openly strive

Jesus, The Firstfruits, then those who are Christ’s at His Home Coming

We are talking about Jesus Return, a New Beginning

Then comes The End, when Jesus delivers The Kingdom to God

When Christ puts an end to All old things, and He submits to God

For Jesus must Reign, till All enemies, are under Christ’s Feet

For God Almighty, has put All Things, under Jesus Christ’s Feet

And the last enemy, that will be destroyed, is death itself

Yes, death is something, that Jesus Christ had defeated Himself

When God says, All Things are put under Him, meaning Christ Jesus

For The Son will be subject to God, The Father, that’s Jesus

Otherwise, what will they do, those who are Baptized for the dead

If the dead don’t Rise, at all, then why be Baptized for the dead

So, awaken to Righteousness, share The Truth about Jesus

He truly is The Way, The Truth, and The Life, that’s Christ Jesus

For All We share about Christ, is real, and The Absolute Truth

The Holy Bible, is God’s Word, and absolutely The Truth

Jesus Christ did die, was buried, then raised from the grave by God

The Word is Jesus Christ, The Only Son of Almighty God

We Preach The Gospel, which describes Jesus’ Life in great detail

We know we’re guaranteed, that His Love for Us, will never fail

Avoid The Great Gulf Encounter, If YOU Can

There was a rich man, who wore purple and fine linen, each day

Lazarus, a poor man, hungered for the rich man’s crumbs, each day

He was full of sores, which dogs would lick, as he laid by the gate

Two men, with opposite viewpoints on Life, would soon meet their fate

Lazarus died, and was carried by The Angels, to Heaven

The rich man died, was buried, and he was ready to bargain

Why, because the rich man, was being tormented in Hades

He looked up, saw Abraham far away, and he yelled, Oh please

Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus

That some water, to cool my tongue, might be brought, by Lazarus

Father Abraham, I am tormented, in this endless fire

Abraham said, in your lifetime, YOU got your heart’s desire

While Lazarus, received evil things, now he is comforted

Abraham said, now you’re where, you’ll be forever tormented

Besides all this, there is a Great Gulf fixed, between Us and YOU

So, that those who may wish, to pass from here, cannot get to YOU

He went on, nor can those, from where YOU are, cross over to Us

The rich man said, then I beg YOU, father, please send Lazarus

To my father’s house, I’ve five brothers, that he may testify

Lest they also, come to this place of torment, and tell them why

Abraham said, they have Moses and The Prophets, let them hear

The rich man replied, no father Abraham, please make it clear

But if one goes to them, from the dead, they will surely repent

Abraham said, they will not, even if Lazarus is sent

YOU may be asking yourself, how does this story affect me

By any chance, do one of these characters, represent me

As a Believer, I guess Lazarus, best suits your answer

To all the people, YOU encounter, YOU may have to answer

For each one, who finds themselves in Hades, may wish to ask YOU

Why didn’t YOU tell me The Truth, at least given me a clue

As they look across the Great Gulf, tormented eyes fixed on YOU

Saying this is your fault, but Jesus reminds YOU, that’s not true

Strangers, Neighbors, Church Family, Friends, even your Family

Each asking this question, how could YOU let this happen to me

I can’t speak for YOU, but I do not want, to give them that chance

So, I will tell them All, The Truth about Jesus, in advance

Christ is The Way, The Truth, and The Life, back to God Almighty

Accept God’s Free Gift of Salvation, and YOU will truly see

That God Loves Us so much, that He sent His Only Son, Jesus

To give His Life, for Our sin debt, that We might become Righteous

One day, We will join Abraham, Jesus, and God in Heaven
