Why Do We Care

Why do We care, why do We take the time, to share The Gospel

Why do We speak to family, friends, and even unknown people

Why is it vital, that We share The Truth about Jesus Christ

Why do they need to know, that His Life He freely sacrificed

Why He died upon The Cross, and why God raised Him from the grave

How His Crucifixion and Resurrection, could Save a slave

A slave in the bondage of sin, a death penalty was paid

The Son did The Father’s bidding, yes, He willingly obeyed

Is it only because Jesus Christ commanded Us to share

Is it to ease Our minds, or to make certain they are aware

Or because We can’t stand, to see one Soul or Spirit perish

Or because every Soul or Spirit, God does truly cherish

Actually, it’s all of the above, and so very much more

We welcomed Jesus Christ within Us, when He knocked at Our door

Now Jesus abides within Us, and We abide in Him too

And through The Holy Spirit, there is nothing We two can’t do

Redemption, from The Crucifixion to The Resurrection

God’s Amazing Saving Grace, through His Free Gift of Salvation

We yearn to see everyone We meet, in God’s Kingdom one day

By accepting His Free Gift of Salvation, that’s what We pray

It’s why We take the time to share, why We are so passionate

We want YOU to hear The Truth, to punch your Heaven bound ticket

Why are We so certain, that what We Believe, by Faith, is true

God Almighty touches Our heart, just as He will touch yours too

The Holy Bible, God’s Word, describes things, in such great detail

Jesus Christ is not a myth, nor legend, nor a grand tall tale

He isn’t a figure in a book, He is Alive and well

Jesus Christ does it all, so for Us, this isn’t a hard sell

God puts it into your heart, to accept His Son, Jesus, or not

It isn’t something We can force on YOU, nor can it be bought

We cannot perform enough good deeds, to earn this great reward

But We have pledged Our lives, to Our God and Jesus Christ, The Lord

All YOU must do, is to accept God’s Free Gift of Salvation

That YOU truly want to know more, begins Our conversation

We can show YOU, through The Holy Bible, what YOU need to know

                         YOU can have that guarantee, and look forward to tomorrow

YOU Can Know For Certain

We agree, there is but One God, The Father, God Almighty

His Only Son, is Jesus Christ, who created YOU and me

Jesus Christ sacrificed Himself, upon The Cross for Us

Taking upon His Shoulders, All the sin of Mankind, Jesus

After Christ’s burial, God raised Him, Alive, from the grave

Christ conquered death, with His Resurrection, Our lives He did Save

Sin entered the World by one man, Adam, and We were condemned

Redemption came in the form of one man, Jesus Christ proclaimed

When We admit, We All sin, and deserve to pay its’ death price

When We are willing to hear, why Jesus made this sacrifice

When We accept, Jesus Christ paid Our sin debt, once and for All

When We hear Our Shepherd’s Voice, Jesus, and We answer His Call

When We ask God for Forgiveness, for all the sins We commit

When We repent from Our sin, and Our lives to God, We commit

Jesus Christ comes to live within Us, through The Holy Spirit

The Holy Bible describes this, in detail, it’s no secret

Redemption, from The Crucifixion to The Resurrection

God’s Amazing Saving Grace, through His Free Gift of Salvation

Son of God, Son of Man, Our High Priest, The Messiah, The Christ

Prince of Peace, Lord of Lords, King of Kings, Our Savior, Jesus Christ

God Almighty, The Creator of Everything, through The Word

Jesus Christ, Our Savior, the Bible refers to as, The Word

The Holy Spirit, The Helper, which Jesus promised would come

The New Heaven, New Earth, New Jerusalem, God’s Kingdom

We agree, that through Our Faith, We Believe, and accept The Truth

The Holy Bible states it clearly, Our God tells Us The Truth

Jesus Christ abides in Us, so We abide in Him, as well

We are to shine His Light upon the World, His Gospel to tell

Salvation is found by no other way, through no other name

Jesus Christ is The Way, The Truth, and The Life, as We proclaim

So, if YOU have not accepted, God’s Free Gift of Salvation

If YOU think YOU are Saved, but not sure, and want confirmation

God Almighty, through Jesus Christ, is the only way to go

The Bible gives Us knowledge, through belief and a heartfelt prayer

What Was Lost Can Be Found

Jesus talked about the Lost Sheep, the Lost Coin, and the Lost Son

Truly speaking about Man, and God’s Free Gift of Salvation

It’s The Will of Your Father, in Heaven, that none should perish

Clearly pointing out, what Jesus Christ, set out to accomplish

There is joy, in Heaven, over every sinner who repents

In The Presence of The Angels of God, His Beloved Servants

For your brother or sister, was dead, and is alive again

They were Lost, but now are found, having repented from their sin

Each of these parables, spoke about the same situation

God’s Amazing Saving Grace, through His Free Gift of Salvation

When sin entered the World, by Man doing what God said don’t do

Sin is defined, as doing what God commands Us not to do

We are separated from God’s Immediate Presence, now

But Jesus Christ gave Us, a bridge to return, do YOU know how

He died on The Cross for Our sin, but God raised Him from the grave

With this Act of Unconditional Love, your Life, Christ did Save

For each of Us, are the Lost Sheep, the Lost Coin, and the Lost Son

Jesus Christ, is calling Us, to His Free Gift of Salvation

When We repent from sin, accept God’s Amazing Saving Grace

We become brothers and sisters, in Christ, whom one day we’ll face

Do YOU grasp, that All of Heaven rejoices, when We repent

When We accept His Free Gift of Salvation, why Christ was sent

That’s right, the Angels in Heaven rejoice with Our decision

What a truly wonderful gift, each of Us have been given

The sins YOU commit, shall be forgotten and yes, forgiven

As long as YOU repent, truly ask God to be forgiven

YOU are to turn away from sin, and back to God Almighty

Strive to be more like Him, and less like the rest of Us, YOU see

I pray YOU are a brother or sister, in Christ, as YOU read

That YOU will accept, His Free Gift of Salvation, may I plead

One day we’ll be in God’s Immediate Presence Forever

An experience with all Eternity to discover

It’s About, God Almighty And Jesus Christ, Not Me

We’re never more important, than God’s Message of Salvation

Yes, sharing The Gospel, with the Love, of The Lord Christ Jesus

Telling others about Him, and what He means to each of Us

God Loves Us so much, that He sent His Only Son, to Save Us

How We share this, with Yet-To-Be-Believers, We shall discuss

The Word became flesh, in a mortal body, known as Jesus

The promised Messiah, The Christ, did truly walk among Us

He told Us, who He is, why He came, All that We need to know

Why He died, rose from the grave, that He may return tomorrow

King of Kings, Lord of Lords, The Way, The Truth, The Life, Our Shepherd

YOU can read this, for yourselves, in The Holy Bible, God’s Word

We must keep in mind and admit, the words We share, aren’t our own

Jesus Christ, through The Holy Spirit, guides Us, we’re not alone

We are Brothers and Sisters, in Christ, equal in every way

Our Pastors and Deacons, are not above Us, Jesus would say

But their Spiritual Gifts, will hold them, to a higher standard

They are to prepare Us, to share The Gospel, God’s Holy Word

To teach Us to Spiritually grow, into maturity

From a re-born babe on milk, to meat and potatoes, YOU see

My Spiritual Walk, doesn’t make me, less or better, than YOU

Nor do my Good Works, set me on high, with a much better view

I make sure, I give God The Glory, for All He does through me

In fact, I want others, to see Jesus’ Light, instead of me

For Jesus Christ’s Light, should shine so brightly, that they don’t see Us

We want them to accept Him, as their Lord and Savior, Jesus

Yes, His Message should overwhelm them, as His Love fills their heart

May they always walk with Him, from His Path shall they never part

If no one remembers my name, yet they know, I shared God’s Word

And that they were shown, how to speak to others, about His Word

Then I have truthfully performed the task, which God gave to me

YOU see, it’s about, God Almighty and Jesus Christ, not me
