The Holy Bible and YOU

For me, when I read The Holy Bible, God reveals what He wants me to know or learn, at that time, from that particular Book or Chapter or Verse. If each of Us (Believers), sat down, and read from The Holy Bible, the same Book or Chapter or Verse, He would not reveal the same thing, to any two of Us.
(I’m not talking about the written words, I’m talking about what God reveals to YOU, in your heart, Spirit and Soul).  We each are on different "paths" (i.e. different Walks in Our Christian Life).  We are individuals, that God will use, His Specific Way.  We are not "cookie cut" Believers. Maturity in Christ, is an Individual Walk.  The Holy Bible tells Us, so much and while reading it, God speaks to Us, telling Us, what He wants Us to know or learn, at that moment. Also, Jesus speaks to Us, and works with Us, through The Holy Spirit, if We simply are willing to listen.  This also means, that We can read a particular Book or Chapter or Verse, Today, and God will reveal to Us, what He wants Us to know, at that moment.  Then six weeks or six months later, We can again read that particular Book or Chapter or Verse, and this time, He would reveal to Us, something different (what He wants Us to know, at that moment).  This is why, We should read and reread The Holy Bible.  Have YOU ever sat down with The Holy Bible, and started reading a Book or Chapter or Verse, and had a “ah ha” moment?  Thinking “oh, that’s what it means”.  That’s what God and Jesus, Love to hear, from YOU.  What do YOU think a “Bible Commentary” is?  Well the definition of a “commentary” is: a set of explanatory or critical notes on a text.  Which basically means, someone read a particular Book or Chapter or Verse, of The Holy Bible, and God revealed to that person, what He wanted, that person, to know, at that particular time.  Then that person, wrote down (put into words), precisely what God wanted, that person, to know at that time.  Does this mean that Bible Commentaries are not useful, of course not, it may give the reader, an idea of what is meant.  However, that reader should, in turn, read the Book or Chapter or Verse, for themselves, and see what God reveals to them, Himself.  God reveals more to YOU, as a Believer, Child of God, than YOU may ever know or understand, but it sure is exhilarating, when YOU have your Spiritual Eyes opened by Him.
