Will YOU Take Up Your Cross And FOLLOW Jesus Christ

Matthew 16:24-27

Then Jesus SAID TO His Disciples, “IF ANYONE (Believers) DESIRES TO COME AFTER Me, LET Him DENY Himself, AND TAKE UP His Cross, AND FOLLOW Me.  For Whoever (Believers) DESIRES TO SAVE His Life WILL LOSE IT, BUT Whoever (Believers) LOSES His Life For My Sake WILL FIND IT.  For What Profit IS IT TO A Man (Unbelievers) IF He Gains The Whole World, AND LOSES His Own Soul?  OR What Will A Man (Unbelievers) Give IN EXCHANGE For His Soul?  For The Son of Man (Jesus Christ) WILL COME IN The GLORY OF His Father (GOD Almighty) WITH His Angels, AND THEN He (Jesus Christ) WILL REWARD EACH According TO His Works.”

Mark 8:34-38

When He (Jesus Christ) Had Called The People TO Himself, WITH His Disciples ALSO, He SAID TO Them, “Whoever (Believers) DESIRES TO COME AFTER Me, LET Him DENY Himself, AND TAKE UP His Cross, AND FOLLOW Me.  For Whoever (Believers) DESIRES TO SAVE His Life WILL LOSE IT, BUT Whoever (Believers) LOSES His Life For My Sake AND The Gospel’s WILL SAVE IT.  For What WILL IT Profit A Man (Unbelievers) IF He Gains The Whole World, AND LOSES His Own Soul?  OR What Will A Man (Unbelievers) Give IN EXCHANGE For His Soul?  For Whoever (Unbelievers) IS ASHAMED OF Me and My WORDS, IN This Adulterous and sinful Generation, OF Him (Unbelievers) The Son of Man (Jesus Christ) ALSO WILL BE ASHAMED WHEN He COMES IN The GLORY OF His Father (GOD Almighty) WITH The Holy Angels.”

Luke 9:23-26

Then He (Jesus Christ) SAID TO Them All, “IF ANYONE (Believers) DESIRES TO COME AFTER Me, LET Him DENY Himself, AND TAKE UP His Cross, DAILY, AND FOLLOW Me.  For Whoever (Believers) DESIRES TO SAVE His Life WILL LOSE IT, BUT Whoever (Believers) LOSES His Life For My Sake WILL SAVE IT.  For What Profit IS IT TO A Man (Unbelievers) IF He Gains The Whole World, AND IS Himself DESTROYED OR LOST?  For Whoever (Unbelievers) IS ASHAMED OF Me and My WORDS, OF Him The Son of Man (Jesus Christ) WILL BE ASHAMED WHEN He COMES IN His Own GLORY, AND IN His Father’s, AND OF The Holy Angels.”

Fellow Believers, what does Jesus mean when He says, whoever desires to SAVE His Life, will LOSE it?  It means, when We Accept Jesus Christ as Our LORD and Savior, We GIVE Control OVER Our Life TO Jesus Christ, so in a sense We LOSE IT.  Therefore, when He says, Whoever (Believers) LOSES His Life FOR My Sake AND The Gospel’s (The Gospel OF Jesus Christ’s) WILL SAVE IT.  HERE, Jesus is saying that By Our Faith IN Jesus Christ, We Have SAVED Our Soul, LITERALLY!

So, what does it mean for Us (Believers), TO TAKE UP Our Cross AND FOLLOW Jesus?  IT MEANS, We ARE Jesus Christ’s LIGHT UPON This World (Satan’s World), Every Single Day!  We are to Share The Gospel OF Jesus Christ with EVERYONE, because We ARE NOT Privy TO Those (Yet-To-Be-Believers) Who Have Ears to HEAR AND Eyes to SEE The TRUTH, so We MUST treat EVERYONE as though They DO, UNTIL Proven Otherwise (usually by the person, if you know what I mean).

STANDING UP FOR GOD Almighty, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, and ESPECIALLY The Holy Bible, WILL NOT BE EASY and IT’s NOT MEANT TO BE.  We WILL BE Made Fun Of, Dismissed, Harassed, Persecuted, Attacked (Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, and YES, Spiritually), Falsely Accused, Prosecuted, Imprisoned, EVEN PUT TO Death (JUST AS Jesus Christ and Many of His Disciples have been).

DOES THIS MAKE YOU WANT TO GIVE UP OR TO CHANGE YOUR MIND?  (I Didn’t Think SO.)

Please, join me is saying This Prayer, For All OF Those, Who Have YET TO Acknowledge GOD Almighty’s Amazing Saving GRACE AND Accept GOD Almighty’s FREE GIFT OF Salvation:

Father GOD, I Pray That YOU Would STRIKE Them All WITH The FEAR OF GOD Almighty, That YOU Would PUT UPON Their Hearts The Burning Desire TO STOP What They Are Doing, TO DROP What They Are Doing, THEN DROP TO Their Knees, REPENT of Their sins, TURN FROM Their Wicked Ways, BEG For Forgiveness, ASK Jesus Christ TO COME INTO Their Hearts (THROUGH The Holy Spirit) AND TAKE CONTROL OF Their Lives, THAT They MAY WORSHIP The One TRUE GOD, The ONLY GOD That Has EVER EXISTED, YOU, Father GOD, I ASK THIS For Each AND EVERY ONE OF Their Souls, Thank YOU Father and Amen.

The Being Caught Up Together May Occur IN The Next Millisecond, So, there is NO Time to waste, GET OUT There, Show YOU Care, Share The Gospel of Jesus Christ!
