Fellow Believers, Let’s LOOK At Satan’s Distractions, Which Can And Do, Influence, FALSE Teachers, FALSE Believers, Unbelievers, Yet-To-Be-Believers, As Well As, BELIEVERS!

I Call Them, “Satan’s WEAPONS OF MASS DISTRACTION,” Which Are Both, Hypnotizing AND Mesmerizing; THESE INCLUDE, But Are NOT Limited TO:

Cell Phones (Which Are Mini-Computers, IN The Palms OF Our Hands), Social Media, Television, Movies (Both, IN Theaters And AT Home), Sporting Events (Live, Online, ON Television, etc.), Concerts, Video Games (Both, Consoles And Online), Computers (i.e. Laptops, Notebooks, And Tablets), Virtual Reality Viewers, Physical Fitness And Dieting (i.e. For Physical Appearance), And So Much More. I Could GO ON, BUT I Think YOU Get My Point. ALL Of These Things, We Fail, TO Recognize, AS BEING, Satan’s Covert (Hidden) Distractions!

Yes, I Know, Sexual Immorality (Such As: Adultery, Pornography, Prostitution, Pedophilia, Human Trafficking, etc.), Drugs (Both, Prescribed, As Well As, Illicit OR Illegal), Alcohol, Tobacco, And More, Are Also, Satan’s Distractions; BUT, They Are More Recognizable, NOT So Covert.

Why Are These Things, Satan’s Distractions?

Well, Because All These Things, Take Our Focus Away, From KNOWING AND SERVING God Almighty! And When I Say “Our Focus,” I Mean, FALSE Teachers, FALSE Believers, Unbelievers, Yet-To-Be-Believers, And Especially, Us, Believers!

Remember, Satan Wants TO CONSUME, As Much Of Our Time, As We (Mankind) ALLOW Him, TO Consume, WITH Distractions; Thereby, Keeping Us Away, From KNOWING AND SERVING GOD Almighty!

NOW, Am I Saying, We (Believers) Should NOT Participate, IN Any Of These Things, Certainly NOT! BUT, We MUST SEE Them, FOR How Satan, USES Them! On The Other Hand, We MUST USE Them, Ourselves; As OUR TOOLS, TO Further The Kingdom OF GOD Almighty; AND We MUST USE Them, Ourselves; AS OUR WEAPONS, AGAINST Satan!

Folks, Let’s Look Closer, At Satan’s Most Popular, Hypnotizing And Mesmerizing, Weapons Of Mass Distraction.

First Of All, Our Cell Phones, Which Have TAKEN OVER, Our World! People Are So Consumed, With Their Use; That They Ignore, Virtually, Everything And Everyone, Around Them!

People Can Be, IN The Same Room, And Each Of Them, Blindly Staring, At Their Own Cell Phones, Instead Of Communicating, With Each Other! People Blindly Stare, At Their Cell Phones; As They Drive IN Their Cars, As They Walk Down The Street, While They Are At Work, At The Grocery Store, At The Movie Theater, Basically, ANYWHERE!

Folks, People Have Walked, INTO Oncoming Traffic, And Been Killed, By Vehicles, Playing Games, ON Their Cell Phones! People Have Fallen Off Cliffs And Bridges, And Been Killed, Taking “Selfies,” With Their Cell Phones! People Have Wrecked Their Vehicles, Killing Themselves OR Others, “Texting,” ON Their Cell Phones, While Driving! Our Children, And Some Adults, Are Even “Sexting,” Others, ON Their Cell Phones!

Why Can People NOT Recognize, What Satan Is Doing, TO Them?

Next, Social Media, People Spend, Several Hours, A DAY, Staring At Their Cell Phones, Tablets, Notebooks, Laptops, etc., While They Interact, IN The “Cyber World!” Let’s Face It, Most People, Now Days, Have Far More “Cyber Friends,” Than They Do, Actual Friends, IN The Natural, Physical World! Now, That’s Sad, Folks!

Yes, I Understand, It’s A Great Way, To Stay, IN Touch, With Family Members And Friends, Whom YOU Know, IN The Natural, Physical World; BUT, That’s Completely Different, Than Staying, IN Touch, With People Known, ONLY, IN Cyber World! And Yes, I Understand, THIS IS, The World (Both, The Natural, Physical World AND The Cyber World), IN Which, We Live In, TODAY!

Now, Does This Mean, We, As Believers, Can NOT Use OR Should NOT Use, Cell Phones And Social Media, TO Share The Gospel Of Jesus Christ, WITH Others? On The Contrary, Since THIS IS, The World (Both, The Natural, Physical World AND The Cyber World), IN Which, We Live In, TODAY; We MUST Use Them, TO Combat Satan, AT His Own Game! Meaning, We MUST Use Them (Cell Phones And Social Media), TO Share The Gospel Of Jesus Christ, WITH As Many Souls, As Possible!

Finally, Television And Movies, These Are, Just As, Hypnotizing And Mesmerizing, As Cell Phones And Social Media; BUT, They Are Also, Two Of The Oldest, Well Known, Of Satan’s Weapons Of Mass Distraction!

A WORD OF CAUTION

Do NOT Be FOOLED, By Satan; Do NOT Let Satan, DISTRACT YOU; Do NOT Let Satan, KEEP YOU AWAY, From Serving GOD Almighty, Jesus Christ, AND The Holy Spirit; AND Do NOT Let Satan, DETER YOU, From Sharing The Gospel Of Jesus Christ, EVER!

Ephesians 6:10-18

Finally, My Brethren (Fellow Believers), BE STRONG, IN THE LORD, AND IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT! PUT ON, THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD (GOD Almighty); That YOU May Be Able, TO STAND, AGAINST The Wiles Of The Devil (Satan)!

For We (Believers) Do NOT Wrestle (Battle), AGAINST Flesh And Blood (Mankind); BUT (We Battle), AGAINST Principalities, AGAINST Powers, AGAINST The Rulers Of The Darkness Of THIS Age, AGAINST Spiritual HOSTS Of Wickedness, IN The Heavenly PLACES!

Therefore, TAKE UP, THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD (GOD Almighty); That YOU May Be Able, TO Withstand, IN THE EVIL DAY, And Having Done All, TO STAND!

STAND Therefore, Having Girded Your Waist, WITH TRUTH; Having Put On, THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS; And Having Shod Your Feet, WITH The Preparation Of THE GOSPEL OF PEACE; ABOVE ALL, Taking THE SHIELD OF FAITH (FAITH, IN The Gospel Of Jesus Christ); WITH Which, YOU Will Be Able, TO QUENCH, ALL The Fiery Darts Of The Wicked One (Satan)!

AND TAKE THE HELMET OF SALVATION, AND THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT (The Holy Spirit), Which IS, THE WORD OF GOD (The Holy Bible, AND Specifically, The Gospel Of Jesus Christ); PRAYING Always, WITH All Prayer And Supplication, IN THE SPIRIT (The Holy Spirit); BEING WATCHFUL, TO THIS END, WITH All Perseverance And Supplication, For All The Saints (Fellow Believers)!

Folks, Remember, Jesus Christ, ABIDES WITHIN Us, THROUGH The Holy Spirit; Therefore, Jesus Christ, WALKS WITH Us, The Holy Spirit, TEACHES Us, AND Most Importantly, GOD Almighty, WATCHES OVER Us, ALWAYS! Amen.
