Remember Me

Remember Me

Don’t YOU fear God, said one of the crucified men
Who didn’t realize that day, he would see Heaven
Remember me, when YOU come into Your Kingdom
He asked Jesus, not expecting a warm welcome

I say, today you’ll be with Me, in Paradise
You’re a Scriptural Witness, of My Sacrifice
People will wonder, when did he come to Believe
What kind of Good Works, was he able to achieve

They miss the point completely, what more can I say
Good Works or Good Deeds, will not get YOU there, no way
It’s accepting Jesus, as your Savior and Lord
Onto each of His Children, His Blessings are poured

We All sin, and that’s without any exception
The penalty for this, is death for everyone
God gave Us a way, through Jesus, His Only Son
Who died on The Cross, rose from the grave, Salvation

Lord, remember me, as I work for Your Kingdom
We, as Believers, expect Jesus’ warm welcome
We will be in Paradise, with Jesus, One Day
You’re The Lord God, We shall worship YOU every day

Believers can find solace, in that no matter the sin, God will forgive and forget.  God hates All sin, and they are All given the same amount of weight.  (ex. a murderer, a thief, an adulterer, are All sins, that are given the same amount weight, sin is sin.  From the smallest of sin, to the greatest of sin, All are unacceptable, and require a blood sacrifice offering.  Jesus Christ, shed His Own Blood, for All of Us, for the Redemption of Our sings, and granting Us, Salvation, as long as We Believe.
