Sharing The Gospel: God's Free Gift of Salvation

I spent the last 10 days (September 5-14), at the Kansas State Fair, working with the "John 3:16 Horseshoe Ministry".  It was an incredible experience.  I spent the time, "sharing" The Gospel with people, something I had never had the opportunity to do before.  We gave out approximately 4,500 horseshoes (which also means sharing The Gospel with each of them, but also with family members, who were not receiving horseshoes).  Over 170 people, prayed to accept God's Free Gift of Salvation, sometimes entire families.  The Blessings were overwhelming.  Please, keep these new Brothers & Sisters, in Christ, in your thoughts and prayers.  Even more importantly, please, keep the people who truly needed to accept Jesus Christ, as their Lord and Savior (and failed to do so), that the "planted seed" will bear "fruit", keep each of them, in your thoughts and prayers.

For those of YOU, who are unfamiliar with the John 3:16 Horseshoe Ministry, I try to explain:
You offer a free horseshoe, which is pre-stamped with John and 3:16.  Then while they wait, their name is tapped into the horseshoe (i.e. first name or last name or nickname).  Also, while they wait, they are required to come and listen about John 3:16, and God's Free Gift of Salvation.  This gives them a chance to hear about it, and the opportunity to receive Jesus Christ, as their Lord and Savior, if they wish to.  The point is to give Us the opportunity to share God's Free Gift of Salvation, the horseshoe,
is just the "foot in the door".

We didn't "Save" any single person, We nearly gave them the opportunity (and witnessed what they chose to do), and Only God Knows, if they were sincere, I pray they were.
