What Is Jesus Asking

May I ask YOU, what is Jesus asking YOU, as this moment

Is He reminding YOU, of the exact reason, He was sent

Perhaps He is asking YOU, to step out of your Comfort Zone

If He is, then let me reassure YOU, that you’re not alone

Remember, We were created, to walk with God and Jesus

Our experiences, walking with Them both, are limitless

Is Jesus asking YOU to proclaim, The Gospel to The Lost

Jesus’ Lost Sheep, which The Good Shepherd, purchased at a high cost

Let them know, Christ wants to release them, from the bondage of sin

This is where their Hope, where Our Faith, in Jesus Christ, must begin

That by accepting His Free Gift of Salvation, they are free

To live their Life, for Jesus Christ, and The Lord God Almighty

Christ might be asking YOU, to take care of their physical needs

We don’t always reap The Harvest, sometimes We just plant the seeds

Jesus may want Us to strengthen others, yes, to lift them up

I would want to be, on the frontline, in the starting lineup

Maybe you’re to warn them, that their time is quickly running out

Accept Jesus Christ, as Lord and Savior, is what it’s about

But sometimes Our approach, doesn’t have to be, quite so direct

We must remind Ourselves and others, that no one is perfect

Were YOU asked, to return to The Path, God created for YOU

Jesus knows you’ve strayed, from His Light, that’s why He’s talking to YOU

Find solace in the fact, that We All do this, from time to time

So, put on The Full Armor of God, it’s Spiritual Wartime

God knows what’s on your mind, He has Foreknowledge of your future

We yearn to do God’s Good Work, We know Jesus is Our answer

We want everyone, We come into contact with, to realize

Satan, Lucifer, the devil, waits to tempt Us with his lies

We’re to live in the World, but not be of the World, did YOU know

In short, We are Children of God, for The Bible tells Us so

As Jesus’ Light, We shine Biblical Light, upon Earth’s darkness

And when We commit a sin, We ask God for His Forgiveness

Rejoice, when God takes the time, to speak personally to YOU

So, enjoy the chance, to show Jesus, what you’re willing to do

Know Jesus has your back, He always has, and He always will

Tell the whole World, that God Almighty, and Jesus Christ are real
