“For The Kingdom of Heaven, is like
a Landowner who went out early in the morning to hire Laborers for His Vineyard. Now, when He had agreed with the Laborers for
a denarius a day, He sent Them into His Vineyard. And He went out about The Third Hour and saw
others standing idle in The Marketplace, and said to them, ‘YOU also go into
The Vineyard, and whatever is right, I will give YOU.’ So they went. Again He went out about The Sixth and The
Ninth Hour, and did likewise. And about
The Eleventh Hour, He went out and found others standing idle, and said to
them, ‘Why have YOU been standing here idle all day?’ They said to Him, ‘Because no one hired
Us.’ He said to them, ‘YOU also go into
The Vineyard, and whatever is right, YOU will receive.’ “So when evening had come, The Owner
of The Vineyard said to His Steward, ‘Call The Laborers and give them their wages, beginning with The Last
to The First.’ And when those came who were hired about The Eleventh Hour,
they each received a denarius. But when
The First came, They supposed that They would receive more; and They likewise
received each a denarius. And when They
had received it, They
complained against The Landowner, saying, ‘These last men have worked only
one hour, and YOU made Them equal to Us who have borne the burden and the heat
of the day.’ But He answered One of Them
and said, ‘Friend, I am doing YOU no wrong.
Did YOU not agree with Me for a denarius? Take what
is yours and go your way. I wish
to give to this last man the same
as to YOU. Is it not lawful for me to do
what I wish, with my own things? Or is
your eye evil, because I am Good?’ So, The
Last, will be First, and The First, Last.
For many are Called, but few Chosen.”
[Possible
explanation, of “The
Parable Of The Workers In The Vineyard”, for Today]
“For The Kingdom of Heaven, is like a Landowner
(God Almighty), who went out early in the morning, to hire Laborers (Jesus’
Disciples) for His Vineyard (The World).
Now, when He (God Almighty) had agreed with The Laborers (Jesus’ Disciples)
for a denarius a day (entrance into The Kingdom of Heaven), He (God Almighty) sent
Them (Jesus’ Disciples) into His Vineyard (The World). And He (God Almighty) went out about The
Third Hour and saw Others standing idle in The Marketplace (Yet-To-Be-Believers
and Unbelievers), and said to Them (Yet-To-Be-Believers), ‘YOU also go into The
Vineyard (The World), and whatever is right, I will give YOU
(Yet-To-Be-Believers)’ So They (Jesus’
Disciples) went. Again He (God Almighty)
went out about The Sixth and The Ninth Hour, and did likewise. And about The Eleventh Hour, He (God
Almighty) went out and found Others standing idle, and said to Them
(Yet-To-Be-Believers), ‘Why have YOU (Yet-To-Be-Believers) been standing here
idle All day?’ They (Yet-To-Be-Believers)
said to Him (God Almighty), ‘Because no one hired Us (Yet-To-Be-Believers).’ He (God Almighty) said to Them
(Yet-To-Be-Believers), ‘YOU also go into The Vineyard (The World), and whatever
is right, YOU (Jesus’ Disciples) will receive.’
“So when evening had come, The Owner of The Vineyard (God Almighty) said
to His Steward (Jesus Christ), ‘Call The Laborers (Jesus’ Disciples) and give Them
(Jesus’ Disciples) their wages
(entrance into The Kingdom of Heaven), beginning with The Last to The First.’ And when Those (Jesus’ Disciples) came, Who were hired about The Eleventh Hour, They
each received a denarius (entrance into The Kingdom of Heaven). But when The First (Jesus’ Disciples) came,
They (Jesus’ Disciples) supposed that They (Jesus’ Disciples) would receive
more; and They (Jesus’ Disciples) likewise received each a denarius (entrance
into The Kingdom of Heaven). And when They
(Jesus’ Disciples) had received it
(entrance into The Kingdom of Heaven), They (Jesus’ Disciples) complained
against The Landowner (God Almighty), saying, ‘These Last Men (Jesus’ Disciples) have worked only One Hour (became Jesus’
Disciples, shortly before mortal death), and YOU (God Almighty) made Them (Jesus’
Disciples) equal to Us (Jesus’ Disciples) who have borne the burden and the
heat of the day (became Jesus’ Disciples, Our Whole Life).’ But He (God Almighty) answered One of Them (Jesus’
Disciple) and said, ‘Friend, I am doing YOU no wrong. Did YOU (Jesus’ Disciple) not agree with Me (God
Almighty) for a denarius (entrance into The Kingdom of Heaven)? Take what
is yours and go your way (enter The Kingdom of Heaven). I (God Almighty) wish to give to this Last Man
(Jesus’ Disciple), the same as
to YOU (Jesus’ Disciple). Is it not
Lawful for Me (God Almighty) to do what I (God Almighty) wish, with My Own Things
(The Kingdom of Heaven)? Or is your eye
evil, because I am Good (God Almighty)?’
So, The Last, will be First, and The First, Last. For many are Called (Yet-To-Be-Believers and
Unbelievers), but few Chosen (become Jesus’ Disciples).”
